Making an End-of-Life Experience Easier

Thank you for helping us raise $21,00 last year! For 17 years our passion had taken us in the same direction. We have truly enjoyed our relationship with Hospice of Knox County but since their merger with North Central things have changed. Hospice of Knox County has chosen not to take donations from Farmstead anymore. So now, instead of helping one organization we are going to be able to help many more. By a popular vote taken at the poker run last year we will be spreading the money to help kids and veterans. We are doing extensive research to make sure the money you all give goes for what it is intended and not some CEO's salary. Our long time  and faithful supporters can rest assured the money will go to those in need. This website is just another way to inform people of what we do, allowing everyone that wishes to participate whether you ride a motorcycle or not. Everyone is invited to take part in our event held the 3rd Saturday of August every year at our home. The event starts with a 100 mile ride followed by food, auction and good fun! We also have live music and plenty of room to camp. We would like to invite you to come out, have fun and help insure this event will continue to serve those in need. Thank you for your many years of continued support! NO PETS please.

Farmstead News!

This years event will take place as planned on August 20th 2016. It will also be held as a memorial event to honor Dick who passed away unexpectedly on Monday 5/9/2016. It has also been decided that this will be the final Farmstead Poker Run. We hope to see everyone there to help make this a spectacular finale!  We have entertainment lined up for Friday August 19th with OP Drift taking the stage and on Saturday for the main event Tom Hagley will perform. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years and let's make this one to remember for Dick!

Dick -N- "E" Dailey

Dick Daily was a man

If you were close to him you'd know

If he couldn't be himself

It was time for him to go

As tears run down my face

It makes it hard to write

About a loving and caring man

Who left us all that night

He loved riding his bike

with his wife and his frenz

He was surrounded by loved ones

Right up til the end

I lost my best friend last October

Now Dick is gone too

I know they're up in Heaven

And Dick's taking care of Ruh

We hope to see you in August

For the final Farmstead run

And help celebrate Dick's life

And have a lot of fun

If you find any beauty

in any words or line

It's our love we have for Dick

At Farmstead one last time...

Love your friend and Auctioneer
